These solutions are based on a horizontal digital platform that connects an interface for healthcare professionals, software applications, and IoT devices for patients, and allows automatic data collection and analysis, and provides information to our alert and patient care system. Through the virtual voice assistant present within the user application - or our device - it is possible to establish a relationship with the patients. This assistant engages the users in their health improvement process and helps them better manage their own health condition. With this solution, the patients feel more accompanied in their health while giving to the Healthcare professionals more data and tools to take better care of each patient. This solution also works as an important point of communication between healthcare professionals and patients since a dialogue (via chat or video conference) feature is available in the software application. We are focused on implementing customized projects with patients and healthcare professionals, aiming to solve or/and minimize pains (in the process, or other), whether they are motivated by the difficulty in collecting accurate, real-time, and reliable data, or optimization of existing processes. These projects are customized to better fit our clients and their stakeholders’ needs. We achieve this by selecting the best IoT device(s)/wearable(s) available on the market and activating the most suitable feature(s) of our platform for each project. Therefore we release a specific combination of software and hardware - app, healthcare professionals interface, IoT devices - aiming to deliver the best problem-solving solution.
