    Fundació TIC Salut Social is a public agency within the Catalan Ministry of Health founded in 2006 whose aim is to facilitate and promote the development and transformation of health and social care models fostering innovation in the use of ICT. FTSS’s strategy is focused on e-Health and m-Health to improve healthcare processes, in order to ensure conformity with current standards to guarantee interoperability and standardization in IT systems. The Foundation has also the role of “Observatory for e-Health” for the Catalan region, exploring and disseminating e-Health-related projects and use of ICT in the health and social care sectors at both national and international level. FTSS, in collaboration with The Ministry of Health of Catalonia is carrying out the Program for the Promotion and Development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Public Health System, with the aim of guaranteeing the equity, transparency and security of the application of this technology in the healthcare system. The Standards and Interoperability Office works on behalf of the Catalan Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Work, Social Affairs and Families in order to identify and define interoperability standards between information systems. The Standards and Interoperability Office also heads integrations and standardization in the mHealth and mSocial fields, defining controlled vocabularies and communication interfaces. The goal of interoperability is to ensure that all relevant, necessary information is made available for decision making. FTSS is in charge of the development of the Strategic Plan for non-attendance models (Telemedicine): The objective of the Telemedicine Strategic Plan in Catalonia is to define the model of tele-health services identifying the needs of the system and drawing the roadmap for the application of remote services.

    Assuta Medical Centres (AMCN) is Israel’s largest and leading private medical services network comprising seven clinics and hospitals across Israel, providing innovative surgeries and diagnostic procedures in all fields of medicine, including cardiology, oncology, gynaecology, urology and more. AMCN has participated in European projects in the past particularly in the area of integrated care, such as USE CARE and CONNECARE and is currently a partner in ADLIFE - an H2020 project on digitally supported integrated care. The International Unit, Assuta Institute for Health Services Research is responsible for leading and coordinating AMCN international projects including specifically AMCN participation in H2020 projects. The unit is responsible for the design of all projects to be implemented in AMCN, assuring that all of the necessary resources are available and that all of the necessary personnel are involved, as well as overseeing and monitoring all of the processes to assure successful implementation. The Unit works closely with AMCN's Innovation and Ventures Division. The head of the unit has had extensive experience working in European projects including FP7, AAL and H2020. Department of Information Systems and Data Security: This department is responsible for the ICT systems supporting all clinical and administrative functions for the entire Assuta network. This department will contribute its experience in integrating the integrated care technologies with the existing ICT systems in the Assuta Hospital Network.
